The San Cristóbal property is for sale in the Ignacio Escudero district, adjacent to the Caña Brava property. The property has two ANA Resolutions to provide water resources for the 5,000 hectares, sourced from the Miguel Checa Canal.

The property does not have a water permit. Water would be obtained by drilling tubular wells from the subsoil. According to previous studies in the area, the water supply would be no more than 70 meters deep, generating a flow of 70 to 100 liters per second, including fresh water. and/or damming water during the rainy season (December through February), as the property is crossed by several streams, the most important of which are Mogollón and Honda, as well as Caña Dulce, Cerro Negro, De Lipe, Ubillus, and Huallacal streams, which together generate large amounts of water resources. These can be channeled into a satellite-based reservoir, which could supply, for example, a year’s worth of irrigation for a large or small agricultural campaign. Permits for both the drilling of tubular wells and the use of stream water are obtained from ANA Piura (National Water Authority)
